Bookings, Deposit & Final Payment

Bookings can be made up to 18 months in advance. To confirm your booking a deposit of 20% or £100 (Whichever is greater) of the total booking cost is required. The remaining balance should be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival.

Payments

Full payment must be made 28 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by credit card. All card transactions carry a 1% surcharge.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 28 days or more prior to your holiday commencing we will refund 100% of the amount paid to us

If you cancel less than 28 days before your holiday commences we will refund 20% of the amount paid.

There are no refunds for early departure. No refunds or reductions are available for failure of utility supplies or malfunction of mechanical or electrical goods experiencing maintenance problems ie., dishwashers, washing machines, televisions, DVD or VCR players, heating, air conditioning, swimming pools or any other appliances or amenities.

Security Damages Deposit

A credit card swipe or a deposit of E250 is required in order to allow you to check-in. This sum covers possible breakages, call-outs etc. Any security deposit supplied will be returned by bank transfer as soon as a check-out has been performed.

No Smoking Policy

There is a strict no smoking policy within the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balconies but not within the building. Extra cleaning charges will be levied by our management company for any flouting of this rule. Please respect our wishes to keep this apartment in pristine condition for the next renters.

Lockout Charges

If you are locked out our agent will charge a call-out fee of E25 to open the door. If you lose the keys completely you will be billed E200 for a locksmith to come and fit a new lock.

SPACE FOR BARCLAYCARD INTEGRATION

This transaction will be processed within the UK through Barclaycard and is subject to the Barclaycard currency exchange rate in force at the time. All taxes are included within the transaction.
